I was once asked what success meant to me and without hesitation I replied, “Success to me is helping others to achieve their goals and become successful.” This has been a philosophy that I have lived my life by…personally and professionally. Not long after I joined Toastmasters I realized that we shared the same philosophy. Toastmasters and the Toastmasters programs are designed to allow individuals to become successful leaders and communicators. It is because of this philosophy that I truly believe that Toastmasters is changing the world one member at a time.

As the Toastmasters organization continues to grow as the global leader in communication and leadership the Board will need to develop strategies for: entry into new countries, addressing member retention, and enhancing current programs.
With a background in project management and an understanding of cultural diversity I welcome the opportunity to bring my skills to the Toastmasters Board of Directors as it develops the strategic plans for promoting global growth and developing successful communicators and leaders while providing you with a voice so that you can be heard.
